"My family visited Disney for my daughter's 9th birthday. She loved the condo and the giant stuffed panther that was in her room! The condo was convenient to EVERYTHING! We visited so many parks that we didn't have time to take advantage of any of the amenities but the hot tub--which was awesome after a long day of walking. We will recommend all of our friends and family to your beautiful condo. Thanks again! The Shepherds "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 (including a baby who slept in the provided playpen). It exceeded our expectations in every way. Lots of fun for the kids, a great home away from home and beautifully decorated as well as very clean, this was a wonderful choice for us. It is conveniently located near all the main attractions and staying at a gated private resort offered us additional peace of mind. The owners are really nice to deal with and the transaction went very smoothly. I cannot say enough about this place. You won't be disappointed! Fabulous deal for the price!"

"The Butterfly condo is everything it is described to be. It has all of the comforts of home and is nicely decorated. Plenty of space for a family of 4 (with 2 children). We contemplated staying on Disney property and decided against it because we wanted space when we returned from a long day at the parks. The kids could go to their room and unwind and watch their own tv if they wanted to. The condo is also very convenient to Disney - about a 10 minute drive to any of the parks and there is a short-cut that we learned too which made it very convenient. The only problem we had was finding it initally - our GPS is about 2 years old and it took us down a road that now leads into another complex. Make sure you have accurate driving directions before you head. Thank you for letting us stay!"

"My two sons (ages 11 and 17) and I had a perfect vacation; the owners are so welcoming and easy to work with. The condo is conveniently located to all the Disney Parks, Universal Studios as well as outlet shopping, great restaurants and the airport. The gated community provides great peace of mind. The amenities at the condo - the pool, games room, movie theatre - were beyond our expectations. The condo itself is fully equipped and met all our needs. Our trip could not have been any better and we defintely want to make a return visit. For a mom on her own wtih two boys, this holiday venue was just perfect! "

"An awsome family vacation...10 days of fun and relaxation. The condo is a great way for the family to vacation, clean nicely decorated and spacious. The kids love having their own rooms equipped with tv's. Great privacy for all. The swimming pool was huge and all the emenities surrounding the pool were perfect for those who didn't want to spend their time swimming. The location was perfect...a very short drive to Disney World, restaurants, shopping etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking into a family vacation or getaway and wouldn't hesitate to book our next vacation there. ."

"What a great and comfortable place to stay on our vacation. After a day of being at the parks it was great to come "home" to the condo and spread out and relax. The kids loved having there own space and so did we. It was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. Location was superb. Would definitely recommend and stay there again in the future."

"The condo was wonderful!!! It was everything described and more. The neighbors were so friendly. You could tell it was a great place to relax and have children. We will definately keep this information for the next trip and refer to friends. I am glad I found this place. Property Managament Company was harder to find due to GPS. However, once we did find it, it was very easy to use. We highly recommend this company AND more so this unit!!!!"

"The phrase 'Location, Location, Location' is often heard in real estate to describe a key property and very much applies to Kuzco's Condo. Travelling with children can be challenging when faced with standard hotel accomodations - a couple of beds and if you are lucky a small sitting area. This year we decided to try renting a condo for our March break vacation and found excellent accomodation and atmosphere with the Windsor Palms Resort and Kuzco's Condo. As noted in the title of this review, location is key so here it goes: 1) Location - Windsor Palms Resort is a stunning gated community located just minutes from the main drag of Kissimmee - Irlo Bronson (192) where you will find all that you need for local shopping, dining, and attractions including Disney, Universal and excellent mini-golf. 2) Location: Kuzco's condo is located just steps away from all of the amenities in the resort and offers a beautifully decorated and spacious atmosphere for your stay - a true home away from home. 3) Location: The Resort is beautifully laid out with fantastic amenities including a salt-water pool - easy on the eyes for the kids - and hot tub, playground, tennis courts, basketball court and sand volleyball area. The club house is located right next to these features and offers a sundry shop, movie theatre, and plenty of activities for kids. Windsor Palms Resort and Kuzco's Condo are highly recommended. We have already booked our return visit for 2012! ."

"This was the first time my husband and I have rented a condo, and it was so much better than a hotel! The condo had plenty of space for us and a couple of friends. The X-Box gaming system was a very nice bonus and got plenty of use. The resort was quiet, allowing us to enjoy some downtime together. Thanks for giving us a nice place to stay at such a great rate!"

"The condo was really well maintained and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The resort itself was beautiful and there were lots of activities for the kids to do including a really nice refreshing pool. We enjoyed our evening family swims and playing night beach volley ball and tennis on the lit courts. You can't beat the location as Disney World was just minutes away - We tackled the Disney parks as soon as they opened, but the close location allowed us to come back to the condo for a nap and meal before heading back to the parks for the fabulous evening nightastic parade and fireworks. I would highly recommend this family resort condo to all my friends and family! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your excellent condo and had a great holiday here in Florida! I liked the fact that there were lots to keep the kids busy when we were not at the parks. The kids loved the movie theatre at the clubhouse because you could chose from a great selection of movies the day before and they would play your selection the next day. They spent a lot of time at he pool and the condo xbox with a great selection of games kept them busy at night. We would definitely come here again."
